To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content, credentials or assets required (such as logos, text or domain/hosting access). Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
For Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media management services, results (leads, reach, engagement) depend on multiple external factors including ad platform policies, market competition and budget — and are not guaranteed. We aim to optimize campaigns responsibly but cannot promise specific outcomes.
Unless covered under an active maintenance plan, ongoing hosting, domain renewal, and post-launch changes are not included by default and may be billed separately. Maintenance plan terms will be shared at the time of purchase.
While we take reasonable care in delivering our services, IHSG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, deliverables, or third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Meta, or Google) integrated into your project.
